I wanted to touch base with you quickly to say how happy both Dawn and I are that we used your services to refinance our mortgage. Now that our first year has past we find ourselves in a much better position financially then we could have ever hoped, and have been able to save the $700 a month on our mortgage in a savings account so we feel better prepared for our future, and are setting a good example for our children as they see how we are much less stressed. So the RBC ad on the radio that is critical of other lenders for having hidden fees and less than honest advertising finishes their ad this way :

« Our 2.99 percent mortgage has an annual percentage rate of 3.03 percent »

Kind of an epic fail on their whole point – but another reason i deal with Angela Calla so that I can get the real truth, best deal , and the greatest service 🙂

Being on a fixed income and hearing about proposed mortgage renewal changes to qualifications was scary until I called Angela and her team. Knowing that I could have peace of mind for a decade makes me feel comfortable knowing I will not be subject to changes I cannot control. Thank you so much for your help. I thought I was going to rent forever untill I met you. Here I am a single 42 year old whom has rented for 20 years. I was so fustrated with my landlord selling my places I was living in, I’m a long term kindda girl who likes to control my future.
