« Angela, thank you to the entire team. Wow, is it ever nice to get some clear information. Although we had a good mortgage at the time when we got it a few years back, we KNEW that with rates at record lows there MUST be something we could do to save. After 2 years of getting the run around and our bank telling us we should stick with what we have within 2 weeks of contacting you we are now debt free and savings $418.97 a month, which is a lot of money for us and will help us save money instead of having to run up a credit line when something is needed.

I know I am somewhat late in responding to your gracious help saving us over $1600 a month; however we would like to express our sincere thanks for renewing our mortgage in such a simple timely manner. As stated at the time I had been dealing with a large institution for my mortgages for many years. There was always an extensive protocol that we were put through. It always felt like one would wait with bated breath sometimes up to three weeks as to when and if the financial institution felt you were worthy of such investment. The Angela Calla Mortgage Team is extremely professional and with few questions and documents were able to secure a mortgage at a reduced interest rate from the recently proposed one at the financial institution.
